Channel 4 News reported the results of a study done by the Edinburgh Sleep Centre. According to Dr. Chris Idzikowsky: "Checking your work emails before bed on any electronic device is essentially the equivalent to drinking a double espresso last thing at night".
This might be an easy solution for the "light CrackBerries" but I don't think it will work on most of the users. I can say that the last thing I do before going to bed and the first thing I do when I wake up is look at my BlackBerry, both when I'm on the road and at home.
