After long discussions that collapsed due to disagreement between the two pilot unions on seniority and ranking, Delta and Northwest reached an agreement on their all stock merge to become the biggest airline. The new company will be called Delta and the Delta CEO will be the new CEO, keeping the company headquarters in Atlanta.
